Some purchases just feel a little more special. 
Helping good friends find the home for their next chapter has been such a privilege, and I couldn’t be happier for them. I can already picture the parties and laughter in that gorgeous backyard — and the quieter moments too, sipping coffee on a Sunday morning while listening to the ducks nearby.
A beautiful home for two wonderful people, with so many new memories waiting to be made.
